Despite being one of the most diverse regions in the world, leadership tables across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area lack racial diversity. The panel discussed their own leadership journeys and offered perspective on how to deepen inclusion for Indigenous, Black, and racialized leaders. Watch the recording:
